- genes density is given by the formula: scaffold length / current gene count
- percent of genes is given by the formula: overall current gene length / scaffold length;
- percent of curated genes over scaffold length is given by the formula: overall curated gene length / scaffold length
- percent of curated genes over all genes is given by the formula: curated gene count / predicted gene count
- predicted transposable elements (TE) are TE found by Repet;
- current TE count includes non-obsolete predicted or curated TE with a /mobile_element qualifier;
- curated TE include obsolete TE;
- TE density is given by the formula: scaffold length / current TE count
- curated TE density is given by the formula: scaffold length / curated TE count
- percent of TE is given by the formula: overall current TE length / scaffold length
- percent of curated TE over all scaffold length is given by the formula: overall curated TE length / scaffold length
- percent of curated TE over all transposable elements is given by the formula: curated TE count / predicted TE count
